06 · Partnership terms
How we work together
Payment
- 50% deposit secures your spot in my production calendar. Production starts once the deposit clears.
- Remaining 50% is due on content delivery, before publish.
- Invoices are issued in USD with payment by bank transfer.
Exclusivity
- Every package includes 30 days of category exclusivity from the publish date. I will not promote a direct competitor during this window.
- Extended exclusivity is available. Add 50% of the package rate per additional 30 days.
Revisions and approval
- Each package includes 1 round of revisions at the script stage.
- Content publishes only after your written approval.
Usage
- Organic usage rights for 30 days are included in every package.
- Paid usage, whitelisting and Spark Ads are priced separately under add-ons.
